The production time of our special orders can take up to two weeks.
Occasionally we do have items in stock, which will lead to quicker ship time.
Please let us know if you are needing your items sooner and we will do

Return Policy
At DeliveredPetSupplies.com, we do our best to ensure our customer's complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products please contact us within five days. We are able to offer a refund or exchange on most items, if they are returned within ten days. It is the customer's responsibilty to pay for any shipping costs and restocking fees. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pharmaceutical items.
In regards to pet clothing and accessories, please be sure to properly measure the pet so the item will fit. We do not accept returns for items that do not fit! If a customer wishes to make an exchange for a larger or smaller size, the customer is responsible for any costs and/or additional shipping charges. If an exchange is needed, please contact us within five days of receiving the order. Please have the order number available for all returns and/or exchanges.
Prescription Pharmaceutical Orders
Please check over your order and if an item is marked as a prescription, we must receive a valid prescription from your veterinarian prior to processing the order. The original prescription must be mailed to our store. Please ensure that your name and address, your pet's name, and your veterinarian's name, address, and phone number are located on the prescription. Please also include your customer order number with the paper prescription. Once the prescription has been received and verified, the order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
